Lovett Miller & Co. Portfolio Company Employease to be Acquired by Automatic Data Processing

Tampa, Fla. – (August 2006) – Lovett Miller & Co. announced today that Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP) has agreed to acquire its portfolio company Employease Inc., the leading provider of on-demand HR and benefits administration solutions. The amount and terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
